1. Minors need a mobile number which can receive OTP through SMS or Viber;

2. Minors need to take photos of their School ID card or Philippines Passport or National ID and fill in the information;

3. Minors need to upload their PSA/NSO Birth Certificate or Certificate of Live Birth and input their BReN;

4. Minors need to let one parent input his/her ID photo and finish his/her face recognition;

5. After face recognition and setting a PIN, minors could apply for accounts.
