After completing the login process for OTP authentication via mobile number, you will also need to follow these steps to open a Basic Account:

1. Enter your name

2. Enter your place and date of birth

3. Enter your residential address

4. Complete the face recognition

To upgrade your account, the following additional information are required:

1. ID document (Only supports Philippine Passport, SSS ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID, UMID, National ID and Voter's ID currently)

2. Personal information such as gender, etc.

3. Education & occupation information
