1.  Do not share your PIN with anyone. Change your PIN regularly;

2.  Do not share your card number, expiration date, and especially the CVV (Card Verification Value) with anyone. Even if cybercriminals obtain your debit card information, such as the card number and expiration date, they cannot carry out any debit card transaction without the CVV;

3.  Avoid falling victim to online fraud by making purchases only at official and legal stores or websites;

For OwnBank:

1.  Users must go through OTP verification to log in to OwnBank App, ensuring the security of their accounts;

2.  OwnBank has a security measure in place to prevent hacking and fraud: When users open the Card page on OwnBank App, they will only see the last four digits of their cards. To view the complete card information, users must click the virtual card icon and enter the correct PIN;

3.  After obtaining the card information, click the "Hide" button above the virtual card to hide the card information;

4.  OwnBank partners with Mastercard to jointly maintain the security of your cards.
