CHANGES TO THIS TERMS AND CONDITION

Own Bank reserves the right to change this Terms of Use from time to time, in whole or in part, with prior notice to you through any method we deem appropriate and suitable before the effective date of the amended Terms. Your continued use of this mobile app after changes to the Terms of Use have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If at any time the Terms of Use are not acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of this mobile app.

OWN IT – is a wealth management product with higher returns than the regular Own Bank savings account. Select funds from savings account and transfer to OWN IT for better management and returns.

MINIMUM DEPOSIT, TAXES AND FEES

• 1 php minimum deposit amount

• Shows daily OWN IT earned interest

• Interest earned is subject for 20% tax

• Zero Handling fees

WITHDRAWAL LIMIT

• Withdraw anytime without any pre-termination fees

• Instant withdraw limit is 50,000

• Regular withdrawal within 24 hours without limit

INTEREST RATE

• Interest rate offered will vary and are subject to change with prior notice we deem appropriate.

CLOSING OF THE OWN IT SERVICE

Closing of access to the OWN IT facility can be done / occurs if:

• Customer withdraw all amount

• Balance reaches zero
